Justifier KNives
I started making knives because I wanted an awesome bushcraft knife, but I couldn't afford to buy and try all the stuff I was interested in. About an hour into making my first knife I fell in love with the process and quickly developed a passion to master it. I needed a part time job, which was a great excuse to start Justifier Knives.
I LOVE making knives. I am committed to making the best knives I possibly can. I'd be honored to make a knife for you, and I'll stand behind it. I want you to love your knife and enjoy it for a long, long time.
I split my time between knife making and being the Pastor of the Savior Community Church in New City, New York.
About our Name: "Justifier" is a word found in one of my favorite verses in the Bible in Romans 3:26. It explains that God the Father has made it possible to be "just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus". The passage explains the doctrine of Justification by Faith. The word "justify" is used differently in the passage than the way it is used in common conversation. In common usage it means to PROVE a person right. In the Bible it describes a DECLARATION over a person. It is a verdict given by God over a sinner who trusts in Jesus. To justify means to "declare" and "treat" a person as righteous through faith in Jesus. Because Jesus died, we can be JUSTIFIED--that is, declared and treated as righteous by God. Full, complete, gracious forgiveness. I build these knives in honor of God, my Justifier.
